M. Aleem Khan, CPA
M. Aleem Khan is a principal at C&K and brings a broad-based; businessman’s prospective of the critical issues and concerns facing many cooperatives and condominiums. He will be actively involved in providing professional services to the Corporation and is available for consultation on all significant tax and accounting matters. Aleem has over 35 years of diversified accounting and tax experience in the real estate industry, including co-ops and condos. He is a Certified Public Accountant and has a degree in accounting from the Bernard M. Baruch College of the City University of New York. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Carl M. Cesarano, CPA
Carl M. Cesarano is a principal of C&K. Carl will be actively involved in the planning, coordination, supervision and execution of professional services to your organization. He will be available for consultation on a continuing basis, and will ensure that our overall performance meets your expectations. Carl has over 29 years of diversified accounting and tax experience in the real estate industry, including cooperatives and condominiums.
He is a Certified Public Accountant and has a degree in accounting from the Bernard M. Baruch College of the City University of New York. He has authored and is quoted in numerous articles and frequently lectures in the area of cooperatives and condominiums. Carl’s extensive real estate background enables Cesarano & Khan to offer its clients sound, practical advice and outstanding service.
Carl is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, Council of New York Cooperatives, Federation of New York Housing Cooperatives and National Association of Housing Cooperatives.
